Realty Commissions can be flexible and Fair. My MLS® listing contract contains clauses that allow sellers to pay lower commissions when they sell within two weeks and/or if Kevin finds and represents the buyer of the property. My mother and I wished to sell our heritage condo in Fairfield and re-locate to Sooke. We got in touch with Kevin Ramsay in September 2007 via a referral by a coworker. He met with us, took excellent photos and listened to our wishes and needs. Our condo was situated in a self managed building that was built in 1913 so this was not an easy sale by any means.
