Believe it or not, as much as I love Victoria, I have to leave and go on vacation once in a while. I've been fortunate to take time off in Ucluelet on two occasions this year. I stayed at a friend's waterfront townhouse and enjoyed the view through floor to ceiling windows. Is there anything more beautiful than the West Coast? I don't think so.
