My mother and I wished to sell our heritage condo in Fairfield and re-locate to Sooke.  We got in touch with Kevin Ramsay in September 2007 via a referral of 1% Realty by a coworker.  He met with us,  took excellent photos and listened to our wishes and needs.  Our condo was situated in a self managed building that was built in 1913 so this was not an easy sale by any means.  Kevin kept in touch with us, hosted open houses and was always open to our suggestions.   He negotiated our sale with honesty and integrity.

Then came the task of purchasing-again not easy because there were 3 adults in different age groups to consider.  He took us to alot of houses and we trusted his opinion and knowledge.  We found our place in Sooke and could not be happier.  Kevin ensured we purchased at a fair price and definitely navigated us through a rough process with professionalism.
